For over a decade, I have been on a journey toward mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual wellness. Throughout my healing process, I have explored various holistic approaches involving food, supplements, plant medicine, and the mind's capacity to heal the body. I have often discovered that we can heal ourselves on many levels with the right mindset. Once we recognize the mind's power and how to heal ourselves, we sometimes need assistance through proper diet and supplements to restore our physical body's alignment. My goal is to educate clients on healthy alternatives to their existing wellness practices through diet & nutrition, stress management, supplements, exercise, toxic removal, rest & reset, emotional balance, and a successful mindset.

As a wellness practitioner, my mission is to help you restore balance by shifting from a state of survival to one of peace and vitality. Through holistic support, mindful practices, and personalized guidance, I help you move out of fight-or-flight mode and into a lifestyle grounded in harmony—emotionally, physically, and energetically. THE RAIN BARREL EFFECT™
Dr. Stephen Cabral's concept of The Rain Barrel Effect serves as a powerful analogy for how the body accumulates toxins and imbalances over time, resulting in chronic health issues. He explains that, similar to a rain barrel that gradually fills with water drop by drop, our bodies absorb toxins from food, the environment, stress, and lifestyle choices. Initially, the body can process and eliminate these toxins efficiently; however, over time, if we continue to add more than we can remove, the barrel overflows. This "overflow" signals symptoms such as fatigue, weight gain, digestive issues, hormonal imbalances, and inflammation—indications that the body has reached its toxic threshold.
To prevent or reverse the Rain Barrel Effect, it is essential to be mindful and practice daily detoxification by reducing exposure to harmful substances and supporting the body's natural healing processes. This involves adopting a clean, anti-inflammatory diet, staying properly hydrated, managing stress, exercising, and implementing targeted functional-medicine practices such as liver detoxification.
